Our Adventure Tour “Adrenaline Rush Nepal” offers you the opportunity to explore some of the best places in Nepal and enjoy a wide range of different adventure activities:

  • Mountain Biking,
  • Rafting,
  • Paragliding,
  • Bungee Jumping,
  • and Canyoning. 

You will visit Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal and home to historical and religious places such as Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. You will discover Kakani and Pokhara, Nepal’s adventure capital. The jungle of Chitwan National Park will introduce you to the Royal Bengal tigers, one-horned rhinoceros, Asian elephants and majestic birds. You will explore Tansen,  an unspoiled gem in the Palpa district, and the Ranighat Palace, known as the Taj Mahal of Nepal. This trip will also take you to a wonderful peace zone, the birthplace of Lord Buddha – Lumbini.

Day 01. WELCOME TO NEPAL

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our friendly representative will be waiting for you at the airport with a sign displaying your name. He will then drive you to your hotel. 


Depending on your time of arrival, you are free to relax or explore the city.

Day 02. BUNGEE JUMPING (The Last Resort)

Early in the morning, we will drive from Kathmandu to the Last Resort bridge (approx. 4 hours' drive). 


Experience a 160-meter Bungee Jump from a suspension bridge over the Bhote Koshi river.

The Last Resort is one of the ten highest bungee jumps in the world (and second highest in Asia)! Enjoy the thrill of a lifetime!


Then, we will drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 03. MOUNTAIN BIKING

Today, we will be cycling from Kathmandu to Kakani through Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park while enjoying the beautiful scenery. This mountain biking trail has lots of steep uphills and a few downhills.


Then, we will ride through farmlands, forests and small villages before heading back to Kathmandu.

Day 04. RAFTING ON TRISHULI

Nepal is home to some of the best whitewater rafting in the world. Trishuli is the most popular river for short rafting trips in Nepal, perhaps because it is very easily accessible from Kathmandu and you do not need any prior rafting experience to join in. Before beginning your rafting trip, you will receive a short briefing about safety procedures and paddling techniques. Then, get ready for some adventurous fun on the Trishuli. If you wish, you can also take a dip into the waters of Trishuli for swimming or cliff jumping; we will suggest you the best spots for it. 


After our rafting trip, we will head to Pokhara, one of the most beautiful cities in Nepal, by private vehicle.

Day 05. PARAGLIDING | VISIT TAL BARAHI TEMPLE IN POKHARA

Today, you will enjoy paragliding in Sarangkot, near Pokhara. Our extraordinary team comprises experienced instructors and highly skilled pilots who have decades of experience. Our instructors uphold the highest safety standards. They are highly trained and among the best in the Nepalese paragliding industry. You can rest assured that you will be in safe hands. 


Then, in the afternoon, we will visit Tal Barahi Temple, a Hindu temple located on a small island in the middle of Phewa Lake.

Day 06. TANSEN 

Today, we will drive to Tansen, an unspoiled gem in the Palpa district, by private car/van. The authentic town with its narrow streets is one of the most charming places in Nepal. In the evening, we will hike up to the view tower on the Shreenagar Hill to enjoy the sunset view over the Himalayas. We will spend the night at a local family's home.

Day 07. TANSEN AND RANI MAHAL 

In the morning, we will drive to Rani Mahal (Ranighat Palace), also known as the Taj Mahal of Nepal due to its history.


Then, we will spend the afternoon exploring the beautiful town. We will also go for some shopping, for those who want to take a taste of Nepal home with them. Tansen is famous for its Dhaka (a unique Nepali hand woven fabric) and Karuwa (a traditional ritual water vessel).

Day 08. LUMBINI

Early in the morning, we will drive to Lumbini, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the birthplace of Lord Buddha, by private car/van. Check in to the hotel. Relax and soak up the peaceful atmosphere in Lumbini.

Day 09. LUMBINI SIGHTSEEING

Today, we will visit the Maya Devi Temple, where Lord Buddha was born, and the World Peace Pagoda. We will also visit many beautiful Buddhist temples and monasteries built by various countries around the world (Thailand, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Myanmar, China, India to name but a few). 


We will explore the Wetlands and encounter the gorgeous Sarus Cranes.

Day 10. CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, we will drive to Chitwan by private car/vanThe jungle of Chitwan National Park is home to the Royal Bengal tigers, one-horned rhinoceros, Asian elephants, river dolphins and many majestic birds. 


In the afternoon, hike into the jungle on the lookout for Royal Bengal tigers, Asian elephants, one-horned rhinoceros and sloth bears.


In the evening, we will head to the nearby Tharu Culture Center, where we will watch the native Tharu culture dance show.

Day 11. CHITWAN JUNGLE EXPLORATION 

After a filling breakfast, we will go on a river safari. During the river safari, you will see a lot of crocodiles and different species of birds. Don't forget to bring your binoculars!

After lunch, we will take you on a jeep safari inside the National Park.

Day 12. CANYONING

Today, we will travel to Jalbire, a top-spot for canyoning in Nepal. We will spend our day abseiling, rock jumping, sliding and swimmingThen, we will drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 13. KATHMANDU HERITAGE TOUR

After breakfast, we will take you on a sightseeing tour in Kathmandu and the Kathmandu Valley. We will visit:

Pashupatinath Temple, a holy pilgrimage site for Hindus. Pashupatinath is one of the four most important religious sites in Asia for devotees of Lord Shiva. Devotees are regularly taking ritual baths in the holy Bagmati river. You will see a wide range of very interesting cultural activities. We will also meet many Hindu Holy Men (also known as Sadhus). 

Boudhanath Stupa. Boudhanath is one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world and a very important pilgrimage site for Buddhists. Walk clockwise around the stupa, enjoy the mystical atmosphere, encounter the Buddhist monks and take lots of pictures under the colorful prayer flags. 

Basantapur Durbar Square (Kathmandu Durbar Square).

In the evening, we will have our farewell dinner at a local restaurant, where you will also enjoy a Nepali Cultural dance show.

Day 14. DEPARTURE

After a fun-filled trip, our journey ends. We hope you thoroughly enjoyed your trip. We will take you to the Tribhuvan International Airport. If you have time and would like to extend your stay in Nepal, we would be happy to offer our recommendations.
