Bhote Koshi White Water Rafting - 1 Day
Bhote Koshi originates from the melting snows of Zhangzangbo Glacier in Tibet. The river is extremely wild and with a gradient of 15 meters per kilometer, Bhote Koshi is the steepest river rafted in Nepal. If you are looking for a one day adventure that provides extreme adrenaline rush, this is the right rafting trip.
You will be rafting on the Lower Bhote Koshi. The river is full of Class III rapids, hence the entire trip will be filled with excitement.
Our extraordinary kayaking and rafting team holds internationally recognized rafting certifications from the International Rafting Federation (IRF) and are White-Water Rescue Technicians (WRT). Our expert guides are highly trained, uphold the highest safety standards, have an excellent knowledge of the Himalayan rivers and are among the most talented and experienced guides in the Nepalese rafting and kayaking industry. You can rest assured that you will be in safe hands.
We will leave for our one-day rafting adventure on the Bhote Koshi at 6:30 am sharp.
We will drive from Kathmandu to Khadichaur, our put-in point (approx. 3 hours' drive), with a break for freshening up and breakfast enroute.
After a briefing about safety procedures and paddling techniques, get ready for some adventurous fun on the Bhote Koshi. During our trip, we will let you know the best spots for swimming and cliff jumping. We will end our rafting adventure at the Sukute beach.
Around 5 pm, we will drive back to Kathmandu.
