Survival Holidays
NEW IN NEPAL
Are you looking for a destination off-the-beaten-track and craving for new exciting and daring experiences? Want to take your holiday to the next level?
Don’t look any further! Our survival holiday in Nepal is a special adventure that not many people have the opportunity to experience. Are you bold enough to try?
Immerse yourself in the Nepalese wilderness far away from mass tourism and learn how to survive in the jungle.
Don’t worry! Our Survival courses are fun, safe, and open for outdoor enthusiasts of any age above 16. However, a certain level of physical fitness is required to participate in our courses.
You will learn the fundamental principles of survival and wilderness bush craft (including but not limited to navigation, fire-making, shelter-building, food preparation, find and filter water, build traps, knife sharpening, compass navigation, identifying edible plants, fire-lighting by friction, cooking techniques, etc.).
We offer 2 kinds of survival holidays:
Basic Survival Holiday (Hills)
Ultimate Survival Holiday (Jungle)

The Survival Holidays are divided into two parts:
1) The first phase (the “Training Phase”) – 2 full days:
You will learn about bush navigation, animal identification, plant and tree identification, shelter-building, fire-making, food preparation, find and filter water to drink, build traps, cutting tools and knife sharpening, protecting yourself in the jungle and ward off wild animals, etc. Our Gurkha instructors will spend time with each participant to make sure that everyone is absorbing the knowledge and proficiency needed to complete the second phase.
2) A lot of people give up after the training phase. We need to be honest with you; it won’t be easy. But if you have what it takes, you can move onto the second phase, the “Test Phase” – 5 full days:
You will apply and test your new found skills. This experience is safe and our Gurkha instructors will be monitoring you closely and protecting you and your companions from the jungle animals. But the goal is to learn to survive by yourself, eat and drink by yourself and sleep in the shelter you built by yourself. Simply put, becoming a survivor!
