Immerse yourself in the Nepalese wilderness far away from mass tourism and learn how to survive in the jungle.
Don’t worry! Our Survival courses are fun, safe, and open for outdoor enthusiasts of any age above 16. However, a certain level of physical fitness is required to participate in our courses.
You will learn the fundamental principles of survival and wilderness bush craft (including but not limited to navigation, fire-making, shelter-building, food preparation, find and filter water, build traps, knife sharpening, compass navigation, identifying edible plants, fire-lighting by friction, cooking techniques, etc.).

Basic Survival (Hills)
Ultimate Survival (Jungle)

You will learn the fundamental principles of survival and wilderness bush craft (including but not limited to bush navigation, animal identification, fire-making, shelter-building, food preparation, find and filter water, build traps, cutting tools and knife sharpening, compass navigation, identifying edible plants and trees, fire-lighting by friction, cooking techniques, protecting yourself in the jungle and ward off wild animals, etc.).
Our Gurkha instructors will spend time with each participant to make sure that everyone is absorbing the knowledge and proficiency needed to complete the survival courses.
- Rucksack.
- Swimsuits.
- Sleeping Bag & insulated sleeping mat.
- Outdoor clothing: Outdoor clothing should be tough and comfortable. Wearing several thin layers is better than a few thick layers. Several sweatshirts underneath are sufficient. Jeans should not be worn, as they are slow to dry, clinging and cold. Natural colors or camouflage patterns will give you a better chance of spotting wildlife. Walking boots are ideal.
- Water Bottle.
- Daypack (25-30 liters).
- Trekking Pants & Shorts.
- Flashlight.
- Wash kit and towel.
- Whistle.
- Spare change of clothing.
- 1 waterproof jacket.
- Lightweight trainers.
- Medicine (in particular, diarrhea medication): Water Purification Tablets/ Isotonic Powder/ Basic First Aid Kit/ Diamox/ Oximeter / Ibuprofen for general aches and pains/ Imodium or Pepto Bismol capsules for upset stomach or diarrhea.
- Copies of important documents (passport, vaccination certificates, travel insurance) & extra passport photos.
- Insect repellent.
- Sunscreen and sunglasses.
- Camera with batteries.
