Trishuli White Water Rafting - 1 Day

Price From N/A

Nepal is home to some of the best whitewater rafting in the world. Trishuli is the most popular river for short rafting trips in Nepal, perhaps because it is very easily accessible from Kathmandu and you do not need any prior rafting experience to join in.

Trishuli is perfect for first-time rafters and families. The most famous rapids that you will encounter are Twin Rocks (Class 3+), Ladies’ Delight (Class 3+), Upset first (Class 3+), Surprise (Class 4-), and Butterfly (Class 3). If you wish, you can also take a dip into the waters of Trishuli for swimming or cliff jumping; we will suggest you the best spots for it.

Trishuli river originates from the Gosainkunda Lake, flows through the Mahabharat Range and joins  the Narayani River at Devghat. Throughout the journey, you will be surrounded by beautiful hills and charming Nepali villages.

Our extraordinary kayaking and rafting team holds internationally recognized rafting certifications from the International Rafting Federation (IRF) and are White-Water Rescue Technicians (WRT). Our expert guides are highly trained, uphold the highest safety standards, have an excellent knowledge of the Himalayan rivers and are among the most talented and experienced guides in the Nepalese rafting and kayaking industry. You can rest assured that you will be in safe hands.

We will leave for our one-day rafting adventure on the Trishuli at 6:30 am sharp.

We will drive from Kathmandu to Charaudi, our put-in point (approx. 4 hours' drive).

After a briefing about safety procedures and paddling techniques, get ready for some adventurous fun on the Trishuli. During our trip, we will let you know the best spots for swimming and cliff jumping.

We will end our rafting adventure at Kuringhat and drive back to Kathmandu.
